Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
