1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be authorized before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Address

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Return locations may vary depending on the product type and fulfillment location.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized products made specifically for you
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to custom or personalized products unless they are defective. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
